Seasonal Chi and Self-Acupressure
Join us for each unique season, Winter Chi ™, Spring Chi ™, Summer Chi ™ and Fall Chi ™, with breathing exercisess, self-acupressure, warmups and progressive relaxation. After a standalone intro class, we invite you to join us for intermediate classes that meet weekly for 6 weeks to deepen this experience and learn longer combinations of seasonal movements like the video below. Over the course of a year you could learn long forms for each season!

Celebrate your life, dreams, memories and beliefs! Memory Lane™ can support virtually anyone willing to slow down and feel. This experience is one of the missing experience of so much of western culture: wanting to forget or put things "behind" us. You are invited to reflect back on any of the greatest moments in your life and feel invigorated and blessed as you relive them through various windows of perception and anchor them in your muscle memory. Sessions last an hour or less, are one to one, held in private settings to maximize mindfulness and depth and with all phones and electronic devices stored away and set on silent. Adults and children 8+ may participate, however, the prerequisite is "adults first": the adult must be comfortable with the process before the minor experiences the session, and must be present at any session with anyone under 18. Chi for Children™
Want to try chi movements with small groups of children or teens in your home, neighborhood or school? Talk it up and schedule a one time intro, and if you like it we can schedule regular classes at your location! Note: we recommend starting small for more individual attention.
Progressive Relaxation or Mindfulness
After 15 minutes of relaxed fluid movement and stretching, you are invited to relax and move into progressive relaxation or mindfulness, and notice memories, dreams, sensations, subtle energy and body wisdom. This hour long session can be powerfully transformational and anchor your life, dreams and goals, and is a unique combination of my Hakomi, movement training and 30+ years experience in progressive relaxation.
Holistic Dream Work
Daniel has been using a dream interpretation technique inspired by Gayle Delaney since 1985, and invites you to sit comfortably and delve into your dreams and, if appropriate, anchor them with movement and mindfulness. Please write your dream down prior in a designated notebook prior to the session.
Holistic Water Classes
Experience an easier softer approach to fun and fitness! Join certified instructor Daniel Lally for unique blends of vertical water aerobics, toning, water chi, self-acupressure and yoga, all in the water! These exercises are easy on the joints and promote circulation and wellness, and you may wear exercise attire or a swimsuit. Daniel offers these services in your home or commercial pool. Contact Daniel to inquire about scheduling a series or standalone class or personal training in your home pool in the Kentuckiana area, or another event at your location i.e. a retreat venue.
